Delivered by DHL express (air), the order will be delivered within the next 2 to 6 working days after shipping order confirmation. You will receive a notification email with a Tracking number to be able to track the order until destination.
For purchases outside of the EU, added Duties/Taxes may have to be absorbed by you upon delivery, depending on the Country. Payment of these to the shipping provider is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We work very hard to make sure all information is explained clearly in our web, at the end of the day we are only happy as long as you are happy with your purchase.
Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted by policy. Make sure you chose the preferred style, colour and size before making your order. You have all information related to fitting, sizes, colours and materials on the product page. In case you need further guidance on the matter, please send us a message on Instagram or email and we will be pleased to assist you asap.
Refunds are not accepted by policy. In the unlikely case the purchased item arrives damaged to destination due to issues during transit you can claim an exchange of the product for a new one of the same characteristics (colour, type, size). To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, this means the items should not have been further damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn other than to try the item on and that any labels or tags should be intact. It must also be returned in the original packaging. To complete your claim for exchange, kindly write us an email to email@example.com with the subject “ Exchange – damage on delivery” within the next 12-24h since delivery date including pictures of the damage. We will immediately respond with instructions on how to proceed for the exchange of the good. IMPORTANT: Damages on the packaging (box) during delivery are not included in this policy, only damages on the good purchased.
Exchanges: As just mentioned, we only replace items in case they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item in case you ship the good from outside the UE. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We won’t proceed to the exchange until the damaged product in our facilities is received.
